Terms & Conditions

One person or legal entity may register a single account, unless your plan explicitly grants additional seats. Sharing credentials across users violates these conditions and may trigger account suspension.

Free and paid plans include limits on storage, AI requests, and file uploads. We may apply rate limits to protect the Service from abuse. Limits are published in your Settings → Billing screen and change from time to time; we will notify you before any decrease that affects your tier.

You may not upload or process content that infringes intellectual property, depicts minors in sexual contexts, contains malware, or otherwise violates applicable law. Repeat infringement of these rules will result in account termination without refund.

Some features may be labelled "Beta", "Preview", or similar. Beta features are provided as-is, may change without notice, and may be discontinued. They are excluded from any uptime or accuracy commitments.

If you connect a third-party service (e.g., Google Drive, Apple Calendar), your use of that service is governed by its own terms. Imagination AI is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Subject to your continued compliance with these conditions, Imagination AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. All trademarks, logos, and software in the Service remain the property of Imagination AI or its licensors.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Imagination AI a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Imagination AI harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these conditions, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

These conditions are governed by the same law and venue as our Terms of Service.

If any provision of these conditions is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, these conditions form the entire agreement between you and Imagination AI regarding the Service.
