Terms of Service

The short version

You own Your Content; you're giving us a license to host and process it to run the Service.
AI output can be wrong — review it before relying on it.
vivlo is free today; if paid plans launch, this page will say how billing works.
Disputes are handled as described below — read that section before you need it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Imagination AI ("Imagination AI", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of vivloand any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use vivlo. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@vivlo.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the notes, recordings, files, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Imagination AI a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) interfere with other users' access to the Service; (d) abuse or attempt to circumvent rate limits on AI features; or (e) use the Service to train competing models without our written consent.

5. AI features

vivlo uses third-party AI providers to power features such as summarization, transcription, semantic search, and Ask vivi. See our AI Data-Use & Privacy page for how these providers handle your data. AI output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

6. Third-party services

If you connect a third-party service (e.g., a calendar or cloud-storage integration), your use of that service is governed by its own terms. Imagination AI is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Fees, plans & billing

vivlo is currently free to use. When paid plans launch, they will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, cancellable at any time from Settings → Billing with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. This section will be updated with full billing terms before any paid plan goes live.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and software in the Service — other than Your Content — remain the property of Imagination AI or its licensors.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. On termination, we will delete or return Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention windows.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagination AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Imagination AI harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Dispute resolution

We intend to describe here how disputes between you and Imagination AI are resolved (for example, informal resolution first, followed by arbitration or courts). That process is not yet finalized — this section will be completed before the Service leaves its current preview/POC status.

14. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
